AB10-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB10-SA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 7: on lines 7 and 14, delete "12 years of age" and substitute: "the
3minimum age at which a child may be adjudicated delinquent".
AB10-SA1,1,4 42. Page 1, line 11: delete "is 12 or 13" and substitute "has not attained 14".
AB10-SA1,1,6 53. Page 2, line 4: on lines 4 and 18, delete "is 12 or 13" and substitute "has not
6attained 14".
AB10-SA1,1,8 74. Page 2, line 8: delete " shall may", as inserted by assembly amendment 1, and
8substitute "shall".
AB10-SA1,1,9 95. Page 3, line 5: after that line insert:

AB10-SA1,1,14 11814.04 Items of costs. (intro.) Except as provided in ss. 93.20, 101.22 (6) (i)
12and (6m) (a), 769.313, 814.025, 814.245, 895.035 (4) and (4m), 895.75 (3), 895.77 (2),
13943.212 (2) (b), 943.245 (2) (d) and 943.51 (2) (b), when allowed costs shall be as
14follows:".

1" Section 7d. 895.035 (4) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB10-SA1,2,92 895.035 (4) Except for recovery for graffiti damage under sub. (4m) and for
3recovery for retail theft under s. 943.51, the maximum recovery from any parent or
4parents may not exceed $2,500 for damages resulting from any one act of a child in
5addition to taxable costs and disbursements and reasonable attorney fees, as
6determined by the court. If 2 or more children in the custody of the same parent or
7parents commit the same act the total recovery may not exceed $2,500, in addition
8to taxable costs and disbursements. The maximum recovery from any parent or
9parents for retail theft by their minor child is established under s. 943.51.
AB10-SA1, s. 7e 10Section 7e. 895.035 (4m) of the statutes is created to read:
AB10-SA1,2,1611 895.035 (4m) The maximum recovery from any parent or parents may not
12exceed $5,000 for damages resulting from any one act regarding a violation under s.
13943.017 of a child in addition to taxable costs and disbursements and reasonable
14attorney fees, as determined by the court. If 2 or more children in the custody of the
15same parent or parents commit the same act the total recovery may not exceed
16$5,000, in addition to taxable costs and disbursements.".
