ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 100

AB100-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB100-AA1,1,3 1. Page 5, line 23: delete "Designate" and substitute: "Subject to approval of the department of health and social services under par. (am), designate".

AB100-AA1,1,4 2. Page 6, line 3: after that line insert:

AB100-AA1,1,12 "(am) A county board that makes a designation under par. (a) shall send a copy of the resolution to the department of health and social services. Within 60 days after receiving the copy of the resolution, the department of health and social services shall notify the county board in writing of whether the department approves or disapproves the designation. If the department disapproves the designation, it shall specify the reasons for disapproval in the notice. If the department does not notify the county board of the department's approval or disapproval within 60 days after receipt of the copy of the resolution, the designation is approved.".

AB100-AA1,1,13 3. Page 6 line 4: delete "par. (a)" and substitute "this subsection".
