SENATE AMENDMENT 1, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 1044

AB1044-SA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB1044-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 9: substitute "requesting" for "requiring".

AB1044-SA1,1,4 2. Page 5, line 3: delete that line and substitute:

AB1044-SA1,1,5 "(a) The joint legislative council is requested to".

AB1044-SA1,1,6 3. Page 5, line 4: delete "and family services shall".

AB1044-SA1,1,7 4. Page 6, line 10: delete lines 10 and 11 and substitute:

AB1044-SA1,1,10 "(b) If the joint legislative council conducts a study under this subsection, the joint legislative council is requested to submit to the legislature in the manner provided under section 13.172 (2) of the statutes, no later than February 1, 1997, a".
