AB1056-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1056-AA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 4: delete "Total" and substitute: "Except as provided in this section and in s. 619.14 (5) (f), total".

AB1056-AA2,1,6 2. Page 3, line 13: after the last period insert: "If the joint committee on finance denies additional funding, the commissioner may impose assessments under ss. 619.13 (2) and 619.135 (2) that exceed the amount specified in this section.".

AB1056-AA2,1,10 3. Page 4, line 24: after the period insert: "If the joint committee on finance denies additional funding, the commissioner may impose assessments under ss. 619.13 (2) and 619.135 (2), even if the total of those assessments exceeds the amount specified in s. 619.137.".
