AB1080-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1080-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "of providers of" and substitute "for".

AB1080-AA2,1,3 2. Page 1, line 5: before that line insert:

AB1080-AA2,1,5 " Section 1g. 49.45 (8e) of the statutes, as created by 1995 Wisconsin Act 27, is repealed.".

AB1080-AA2,1,6 3. Page 1, line 5: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".

AB1080-AA2,1,7 4. Page 2, line 3: delete "the" and substitute "the".

AB1080-AA2,1,10 5. Page 2, line 4: delete that line and substitute: "limits a determination by the department of a maximum rate under subs. sub. (8), (8e) and (8f), the rates under sub. (8) and rates charged".

AB1080-AA2,1,13 6. Page 2, line 11: delete lines 11 and 12 and substitute: "(8), (8e) and (8f), or, if a home health agency is unavailable, nursing services, subject to the limitations under s. 49.45 (8e) and (8f).".

AB1080-AA2,1,14 7. Page 2, line 16: delete "(8e), (8f) and" and substitute "(8e), (8f) and".
