AB126-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB126-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 2, line 16, and substitute:

AB126-ASA1-AA1,1,4 " Section 1b. 19.45 (12) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:

AB126-ASA1-AA1,1,7 19.45 (12) No state public official may interfere with the constitutional rights of any officer or employe of an agency, as defined in s. 16.52 (7), to seek increased appropriations for the agency.".
