AB13-ASA1-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB13-ASA1-AA2,1,2 21. Page 1, line 4: delete lines 4 to 9 and substitute:
AB13-ASA1-AA2,1,3 3" Section 1m. 943.13 (1) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:
AB13-ASA1-AA2,1,64 943.13 (1) (a) In this subsection, "inholding" means a parcel of land that is
5owned by a private person and that is surrounded completely by land owned by the
6federal government, by this state or by a county.
AB13-ASA1-AA2,1,97 (b) Except as provided in par. (c), whoever enters or remains on the land of
8another without the express or implied consent of the owner or occupant is subject
9to a Class B forfeiture.
AB13-ASA1-AA2,1,1210 (c) Whoever enters or remains on the inholding of another after having been
11notified by the owner or occupant not to enter or remain on the land is subject to a
12Class B forfeiture.
AB13-ASA1-AA2, s. 2m 13Section 2m. 943.13 (2) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB13-ASA1-AA2,2,214 943.13 (2) (intro.)  A person has received notice from the owner or occupant
15within the meaning of this section sub. (1) (c) if he or she has been notified personally,

1either orally or in writing, or if the land is posted. Land is considered to be posted
2under this subsection under either of the following procedures:".
