AB13-ASA1-AA28,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB13-ASA1-AA28,1,2 1. Page 1, line 6: delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute:

AB13-ASA1-AA28,1,3 "943.13 (1) Whoever does any of the following is subject to a Class B forfeiture:

AB13-ASA1-AA28,1,5 (a) Enters or remains on any land of another without the express or implied consent of the owner or occupant.

AB13-ASA1-AA28,1,7 (b) Applies an aboveground chemical treatment for pest or plant control on the land of another without the express consent of the owner of that land.".
