AB13-ASA2-AA12,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: after "land" insert "and providing a penalty".

AB13-ASA2-AA12,1,3 2. Page 1, line 9: delete that line and substitute:

AB13-ASA2-AA12,1,5 " Section 2m. 943.13 (1) (intro.) of the statutes is renumbered 943.13 (1m) (intro.) and amended to read:

AB13-ASA2-AA12,1,7 943.13 (1m) (intro.) Whoever does any of the following is subject to a Class B D forfeiture:".
