SENATE AMENDMENT 3, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 13

AB13-SA3,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 2, as follows:

AB13-SA3,1,4 1. Page 1, line 14: after "(e)," insert "for a purpose other than that specified in par. (f)".

AB13-SA3,1,5 2. Page 3, line 16: after that line insert:

AB13-SA3,1,6 " Section 9m. 943.13 (1m) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

AB13-SA3,1,9 943.13 (1m) (f) Enters or remains on undeveloped land for the purpose of pursuing a deer that he or she has wounded while hunting, if he or she has been notified by the owner or occupant of the land not to enter or remain on the land.".

AB13-SA3,1,10 3. Page 4, line 5: delete " (b) or (e)" and substitute "(b), (e) or (f)".
