AB130-AA12,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB130-AA12,1,3 1. Page 385, line 10: delete that line and substitute: "an act that would be a Class E felony if committed by an adult.

AB130-AA12,1,5 (6) A Class A misdemeanor, if the person was adjudicated delinquent for committing an act that would be a misdemeanor if committed by an adult.".
