AB130-AA32,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB130-AA32,1,5 1. Page 275 line 16: after the period insert: "The juvenile shall be given credit against the period of detention or nonsecure custody imposed under this paragraph for all time spent in custody in connection with the course of conduct for which the detention or nonsecure custody was imposed.".

AB130-AA32,1,6 2. Page 275, line 22: delete "par. (a)" and substitute "this paragraph".

AB130-AA32,1,9 3. Page 310, line 23: before the colon insert: "as a consequence for any incident in which the juvenile has violated one or more conditions of his or her dispositional order".

AB130-AA32,1,13 4. Page 311, line 3: after the period insert: "The juvenile shall be given credit against the period of detention or nonsecure custody imposed under this subdivision for all time spent in custody in connection with the course of conduct for which the detention or nonsecure custody was imposed.".
