(1) From the appropriation under s. 20.435 (3) (f), the department shall

$3,750,000 $5,000,000 in each year to counties for early intervention
8services for first offenders and for intensive community-based intervention services
9for seriously chronic offenders.

9section 20.410 (3) (f) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount
10is increased by $1,250,000 for fiscal year 1996-97 to increase funding for the
11purposes for which the appropriation is made.".

16services under section 20.435 (3) (f) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995,
