AB130-SSA1-SA3,1,3 1. Page 6, line 8: after "code," insert: "allowing civil actions against any minor or parent of a minor for retail theft,".

AB130-SSA1-SA3,1,4 2. Page 391, line 22: after that line insert:

AB130-SSA1-SA3,1,5 " Section 637m. 943.51 (1) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB130-SSA1-SA3,1,8 943.51 (1) (intro.)  Any person who incurs injury to his or her business or property as a result of a violation of s. 943.50 may bring a civil action against any individual 14 years of age or older who caused the loss for all of the following:".
