AB149-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 18: after "(4)" insert "(a)".

AB149-AA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 20: after that line insert:

AB149-AA1,1,7 "(b) If the employe's or prospective employe's position is such that he or she may be required to return to duty in a timely manner when he or she is off duty, the employe or prospective employe shall live within a 25-minute commute of the boundary of the local governmental unit.".
