AB149-AA4,1,3 2. Page 3, line 20: after that line insert:

AB149-AA4,1,8 "(b) A local governmental unit may enact an ordinance or adopt a resolution that allows the local governmental unit to require that any employe or prospective employe reside within a jurisdictional limit, except that an ordinance enacted or a resolution adopted under this paragraph applies only to an employe during the first 5 years of his or her employment with the local governmental unit.".
