AB150-ASA1-AA10,1,4 3. Page 1167, line 23: delete "(d)".

AB150-ASA1-AA10,1,5 4. Page 1203, line 19: delete lines 19 to 22.

AB150-ASA1-AA10,1,7 5. Page 1395, line 12: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 1399, line 6.

Notwithstanding section 121.15 (1) of the statutes, the department of education shall ensure that of the amount appropriated under section 20.255 (2) (ac) of the statutes, as affected by this act, in the 1996-97 fiscal year, $150,000,000 shall be distributed on July 1, 1997.".
