AB150-ASA1-AA26-AA36,1,9 "36.27 (1) (d) The board may not require students to pay that portion of any fee for the support of noninstructional student activities that is allocated to student organizations that engage in lobbying, as defined in s. 13.62 (10), or that employ an individual to lobby or attempt to lobby congress. This paragraph does not apply to United Council of UW Student Governments, Inc., or to the duly elected student government at each institution and center within the system.".".
