AB150-ASA1-AA32,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB150-ASA1-AA32,1,3 1. Page 180, line 16: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $1,020,700 to provide funding for youth conservation camps.

AB150-ASA1-AA32,1,4 2. Page 236, line 1: substitute "Youth and education" for "Education".

AB150-ASA1-AA32,1,8 3. Page 236, line 1: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $1,020,700 to provide funding for youth conservation camps and to increase the authorized FTE positions for the department of natural resources by 2.0 GPR positions for the operation of youth conservation camps.

AB150-ASA1-AA32,1,9 4. Page 389, line 12: delete lines 12 to 17 and substitute:

AB150-ASA1-AA32,1,11 " Section 713m. 20.370 (4) (hb) of the statutes is renumbered 20.370 (5) (ga) and amended to read:

AB150-ASA1-AA32,2,2 20.370 (5) (ga) Youth and education programs — state funds. From the general fund, the amounts in the schedule for department education programs , and for the construction and operation of youth conservation camps under s. 23.09 (23) and for conservation work projects under s. 23.09 (22) (a).".
