AB150-ASA1-AA8,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB150-ASA1-AA8,1,4 1. Page 180, line 12: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $87,500 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $175,000 to decrease funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB150-ASA1-AA8,1,8 2. Page 256, line 10: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $87,500 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $175,000 to fund increased medical assistance costs resulting from restoring the income limits under the spousal impoverishment provisions.

AB150-ASA1-AA8,1,10 3. Page 978, line 5: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 979, line 3.

AB150-ASA1-AA8,1,11 4. Page 2470, line 4: delete "(4) (c) and (d) and".
