Page 191, line 3: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $167,700 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $167,700 to decrease the authorized FTE positions for the office of the commissioner of insurance by 1.0 PR insurance administrator position and by 1.0 PR deputy commissioner position.
