SENATE AMENDMENT 21, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 150

AB150-SA21,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB150-SA21,1,4 1. Page 261, line 3: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $400,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $3,625,000 to increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.

AB150-SA21,1,7 2. Page 262, line 20: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $400,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $3,625,000 to decrease funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.

AB150-SA21,1,8 3. Page 425, line 19: delete lines 19 to 23 and substitute:

AB150-SA21,1,12 "20.410 (1) (gi) General operations. The amounts in the schedule to operate institutions and provide field services and administrative services. All moneys received under s. 302.386 (2m) and (3) (d) shall be credited to this appropriation account.".
