Page 295, line 12: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $116,400 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $232,700 and increase the authorized FTE positions for the department of justice by 2.0 GPR attorney positions for the purpose of the public intervenor.
