AB150-SA41, s. 6889m Section 6889m. 560.045 (2) of the statutes is created to read:

AB150-SA41,1,9 560.045 (2) The maximum amount of program income from all grants awarded after July 1, 1987, that a recipient of a grant awarded under a program under this section may retain for the purpose of establishing an economic development revolving loan fund is $1,000,000, if the recipient has a population of 10,000 or more.".
