AB150-SA87,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB150-SA87,1,2 1. Page 1494, line 18: substitute "50%" for "10%".

AB150-SA87,1,3 2. Page 1501, line 12: substitute "50%" for "90%".

AB150-SA87,1,5 3. Page 2404, line 15: delete "a no-interest loan" and substitute: "assistance in the form specified in section 144.241 (13) (c) of the statutes, as affected by this act,".

AB150-SA87,1,7 4. Page 2606, line 10: after "biennium" insert: "that has not received a notice of financial assistance commitment before the effective date of this paragraph".

AB150-SA87,1,8 5. Page 2685, line 21: after that line insert:

AB150-SA87,1,11 "(12c) Clean water fund hardship loans. The treatment of section 144.241 (8) (g) and (13) of the statutes first applies to projects that receive a notice of financial assistance on the effective date of this subsection.".
