Page 314, line 2: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $58,100 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $58,100 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the women's council by 1.5 GPR positions for general program operations of the women's council.
