AB164-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB164-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 13: on page 1, line 5, of the material inserted by assembly amendment 1, delete "The" and substitute "Except in an emergency, the".

AB164-SA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 13: on page 1, line 10, of the material inserted by assembly amendment 1, after "dential." insert: "In the event of an emergency, the person shall provide to the board written notice that includes the information otherwise required under this paragraph, as soon as practicable.".
