AB181-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB181-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 11: after that line insert:

AB181-AA2,1,3 " Section 1m. 23.33 (13) (b) 4. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB181-AA2,1,6 23.33 (13) (b) 4. A person who violates sub. (4c) (a) 3. or (4p) (e) and who has not attained the age of 19 legal drinking age, as defined in s. 125.02 (8m), shall forfeit not more than $50.".

AB181-AA2,1,7 2. Page 2, line 18: after that line insert:

AB181-AA2,1,8 " Section 3m. 350.11 (3) (a) 4. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB181-AA2,1,11 350.11 (3) (a) 4. A person who violates s. 350.101 (1) (c) or 350.104 (5) and who has not attained the age of 19 legal drinking age, as defined in s. 125.02 (8m), shall forfeit not more than $50.".
