AB183-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB183-AA5,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after "officer" insert "and making an appropriation".

AB183-AA5,1,3 2. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

AB183-AA5,1,5 " Section 1e. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table

AB183-AA5, s. 1m Section 1m. 20.285 (1) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB183-AA5,1,8 20.285 (1) (b) Fee remissions. The amounts in the schedule for the fee remissions under s. 36.27 (3m).".

AB183-AA5,1,9 3. Page 1, line 4: delete " Section 1." and substitute "Section 1s.".

AB183-AA5,1,10 4. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

AB183-AA5,2,3 "(c) If the appropriation under s. 20.285 (1) (b) in any fiscal year is insufficient to fully fund the fee remissions under par. (b), the board shall notify the joint committee on finance.".
