AB189-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB189-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 1: delete "requiring" and substitute "permitting".

AB189-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 6: after " clerk" insert "who requests the pamphlets".

AB189-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 7: delete " each county clerk" and substitute "those county clerks".

AB189-AA1,1,6 4. Page 2, line 13: delete the underscored comma and substitute "and".

AB189-AA1,1,8 5. Page 2, line 15: delete that line and substitute: "drugs during pregnancy. If".

AB189-AA1,1,9 6. Page 2, line 16: delete " services,".

AB189-AA1,1,12 7. Page 2, line 17: after " pregnancy" insert: "is available from the department of health and social services, the county clerk may provide the pamphlet with each marriage license".
