AB194-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB194-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 2, line 2, and substitute:

AB194-AA1,1,4 " Section 2m. 343.17 (2) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB194-AA1,1,12 343.17 (2) (b) Each license document shall include a means or method that provides a portable, machine-readable memory which is encoded with the person's name, identifying driver number and any other information specified under sub. (3) (a) 1., 3., 6., 7., 8. or 9., and a holographic security feature that provides a three-dimensional image which covers a portion of the license document, as determined by the department. This paragraph applies on July 1, 1997, or upon placement of operational equipment at all examining centers of the division of motor vehicles for the purposes of this paragraph, whichever is later.".
