AB21-AA10,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB21-AA10,1,2 1. Page 6, line 11: after that line insert:

AB21-AA10,1,6 "(e) 1. The department shall request a modification to the waiver described under par. (a) to allow the application of subd. 2. to persons covered by the waiver. If the modification is approved and in effect, subd. 2. applies to all persons covered by the waiver under par. (a).

AB21-AA10,1,13 2. In determining the payment amount under sub. (11) (a), the department shall disregard an amount of income determined under this paragraph in addition to other income disregarded under this section. The amount of income to be disregarded under this paragraph for a recipient in any month is equal to the amount of the grant that the recipient would have received in the previous month if par. (b) were not in effect, less the amount of the grant that the recipient actually received in the previous month.".
