AB21-AA3,1,2 21. Page 5, line 4: delete lines 4 to 7 and substitute:

AB21-AA3,1,6 3"49.19 (11s) (a) The department shall request a waiver from the secretary of
4the federal department of health and human services to permit the application of
5pars. (b) to (d) beginning on January 1, 1996. The waiver may request permission
