AB21-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB21-AA9,1,2 1. Page 6, line 11: after that line insert:

AB21-AA9,1,5 "(e) The department may not require any county to perform any additional administrative services related to the waiver under this subsection unless the department reimburses the county for 100% of the costs of providing these services.".

AB21-AA9,1,6 2. Page 8, line 6: after that line insert:

AB21-AA9,1,10 "(f) The department may not require any agency administering the program under this section or any county to perform any additional administrative services related to the waiver under this subsection unless the department reimburses the administering agency or county for 100% of the costs of providing these services.".

AB21-AA9,1,11 3. Page 10, line 20: after that line insert:

AB21-AA9,1,15 "(d) The department may not require any agency administering the program under this section or any county to perform any additional administrative services related to the waiver under this subsection unless the department reimburses the administering agency or county for 100% of the costs of providing these services.".
