AB21-SA10,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB21-SA10,1,2 21. Page 8, line 1: delete lines 1 to 4 and substitute:
AB21-SA10,1,4 3"(e) An applicant for aid under s. 49.19 is exempt from the requirements under
4pars. (c) and (d) if any of the following conditions is met:
AB21-SA10,1,65 1. The applicant is a member of a family that meets any one of the conditions
6for being considered homeless under s. 49.19 (11) (b) 1. to 5.
AB21-SA10,1,97 2. If an exemption were not granted, the applicant's family would not have
8sufficient resources to obtain safe and adequate food and shelter for the period until
9the requirements under pars. (c) and (d) could be met.
AB21-SA10,1,1210 3. If an exemption were not granted, the applicant would not have sufficient
11resources to obtain adequate clothing and transportation to complete the job search
12requirement under par. (d).
AB21-SA10,1,1513 4. The agency administering the program under this section determines that
14the applicant would not benefit from complying with the requirements under pars.
