SENATE AMENDMENT 33, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 21

AB21-SA33,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB21-SA33,1,4 1. Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with "requesting" and ending with the semicolon on line 8 and substitute: "changing the sunset date for the aid to families with dependent children program;".

AB21-SA33,1,6 2. Page 1, line 9: delete the material beginning with "providing" and ending with "appropriations" on line 11 and substitute "and making an appropriation".

AB21-SA33,1,8 3. Page 4, line 21: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 12, line 10, as affected by assembly amendment 7, and substitute:

AB21-SA33,1,9 " Section 5m. 49.19 (20) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB21-SA33,1,14 49.19 (20) After December 31, 1998 November 1, 1996, no person is eligible to receive benefits under this section and no aid may be granted under this section. No additional notice, other than the enactment of this subsection, is required to be given under sub. (13) to recipients of aid under this section to terminate their benefits under this subsection.".

AB21-SA33,2,2 4. Page 12, line 12: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 15, line 19, as affected by assembly amendment 7.

AB21-SA33,2,3 5. Page 16, line 1: delete lines 1 to 3.
