AB21-SA41,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB21-SA41,1,3 1. Page 1, line 9: after the semicolon insert: "changing requirements relating to the state minimum wage;".

AB21-SA41,1,4 2. Page 10, line 20: after that line insert:

AB21-SA41,1,5 " Section 11m. 104.02 of the statutes is amended to read:

AB21-SA41,1,9 104.02 Living-wage prescribed. Every wage paid or agreed to be paid by any employer to any employe, except as otherwise provided in s. 104.07, shall be not less than a living-wage or less than $5.25 per hour, as adjusted by the department for inflation since the effective date of this section .... [revisor inserts date].".
