SENATE AMENDMENT 5, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 21

AB21-SA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB21-SA5,1,3 1. Page 1, line 9: after "obligors;" insert: "providing funding for low-income child care under the community aids program;".

AB21-SA5,1,4 2. Page 15, line 25: after that line insert:

AB21-SA5,1,10 "(13) Low income child care funding. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of health and social services under section 20.435 (7) (b) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is increased by $15,000,000 for fiscal year 1995-96 and the dollar amount is increased by $15,000,000 for fiscal year 1996-97 to provide additional funding for low-income child care.".
