3"(e) If a waiver under par. (a) is granted, the legislative audit bureau is
4requested to conduct a performance evaluation of the provisions under this
5subsection. Any audit conducted under this paragraph shall examine the effect of
6these provisions, with respect to persons subject to this subsection, on the incidence
7of child poverty, the birth rate, the abortion rate and the utilization of foster care
8services. The legislative audit bureau shall file any report under this paragraph as
9described under s. 13.94 (1) (b) no later than July 1, 1997.".
