10(11) (a). In studying the adequacy of these standards, the department shall consider
11whether these standards are sufficient to provide families with dependent children
12with clothing, transportation and safe and adequate food and housing. The report
13required under this paragraph shall be submitted to the legislature under s. 13.172
14(3).".
