AB22-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB22-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 3: after "cattle" insert: "and other animals, brucellosis testing,".

AB22-AA1,1,3 32. Page 1, line 5: delete that line and substitute:

AB22-AA1,1,4 4" Section 1. 95.43 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB22-AA1,1,85 95.43 (1) The brucellosis test shall be applied to cattle and American bison only
6by approved veterinarians. Any veterinarian who fails to comply with the laws or
7regulations of the department relating to disease control may be denied such
8approval.

AB22-AA1, s. 1m 9Section 1m. 95.49 (1) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:".

AB22-AA1,1,11 103. Page 2, line 2: after "bison" insert: ", or animal of another species identified
11by the department by rule,".

AB22-AA1,1,12 124. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB22-AA1,1,13 13" Section 1s. 95.49 (1) (b) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:

AB22-AA1,1,1414 95.49 (1) (b) Neutered males and spayed females.".
