AB244-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB244-SA4,1,4 1. Page 4, line 22: delete that line and substitute: "the purposes of admission, commitment or protective placement. To the extent that the care of a patient is funded by a county, that funding may be limited to programs,".

AB244-SA4,1,8 2. Page 5, line 2: delete that line and substitute: "educational services appropriate for his or her condition. To the extent that the treatment, rehabilitation and services for a patient are funded by a county, that funding may be limited to programs, services".
