AB26-AA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 9: after that line insert:

AB26-AA4,1,3 " Section 3r. 302.38 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

AB26-AA4,1,8 302.38 (6) Notwithstanding subs. (1) to (5), a prisoner is not liable for any costs of his or her care or treatment for bodily harm that he or she suffered while a prisoner as a victim of a battery under s. 940.19 or 940.20. The exception from liability under this subsection does not apply if the prisoner was the primary physical aggressor in the battery incident.".
