AB264-ASA1,1,2 An Act to repeal 227.16 (2) (a) of the statutes; relating to: the notice and public hearing requirements in the rule-making process.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB264-ASA1, s. 1 Section 1. 227.16 (2) (a) of the statutes is repealed.
