AB290-ASA1-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB290-ASA1-AA4,1,2 1. Page 3, line 6: delete "shall become".

AB290-ASA1-AA4,1,6 2. Page 3, line 7: delete lines 7 to 9 and substitute: ", including any penalty assessed pursuant to rules of the utility, shall be included in a monthly mobile home parking permit fee assessed under s. 66.058 (3) (c) rather than being levied as a tax against the parcel of real estate on which the mobile home unit is located.".
