AB291-ASA1-AA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 4: delete "Instead" and substitute "Subject to par. (c), instead".

AB291-ASA1-AA3,1,3 2. Page 3, line 23: after that line insert:

AB291-ASA1-AA3,1,7 "(c) Paragraph (a) only applies if the secretary determines that alternate control programs are allowed under 42 USC 7511a (d) (1) (B) or guidance issued by the administrator of the federal environmental protection agency for programs required under 42 USC 7511a (d) (1) (B).".
