AB293-AA2,1,3 " Section 22m. 893.80 (8) of the statutes is created to read:

AB293-AA2,1,8 893.80 (8) No suit may be brought against any county, city, town or village or any governmental subdivision or agency thereof or against any officer, official, agent or employe of any of those entities for damage to a firearm that is in the entity's possession after being surrendered to the entity under s. 813.12 (4m), 813.122 (5m) or 813.125 (4m).".
