AB331-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB331-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 3: delete "(j)" and substitute "(k)".

AB331-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

AB331-AA1,1,7 "1. "Federal law enforcement agency" means a governmental unit of one or more persons employed by the federal government for the purpose of preventing and detecting crime and enforcing federal laws, employes of which unit are authorized to make arrests for crimes while acting within the scope of their authority.".

AB331-AA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 7: delete "1." and substitute "2.".

AB331-AA1,1,9 4. Page 2, line 12: delete "2." and substitute "3.".

AB331-AA1,1,10 5. Page 2, line 20: delete "(j)" and substitute "(k)".

AB331-AA1,1,11 6. Page 5, line 4: delete "(j)" and substitute "(k)".

AB331-AA1,1,12 7. Page 5, line 11: after that line insert:

AB331-AA1,2,3 "(k) If a federal law enforcement agency makes a request under par. (c), the department shall comply with the request if the federal law enforcement agency agrees to comply with all of the requirements under this subsection.".
