3"(c) In addition to the distributions required under par. (a), from the
4appropriation under s. 20.435 (1) (gt), annually distribute funds for ambulance
5service vehicles or vehicle equipment, emergency medical services supplies or
6equipment or emergency medical training for personnel to a nonprofit corporation
7that is not receiving funds under par. (a) and which provides emergency medical
8services at municipal events, school activities and other public gatherings. The
9emergency medical services board shall require a financial report of expenditures
10under this paragraph from the nonprofit corporation.".
