AB36-AA20,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB36-AA20,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: after "fund" insert ", after deducting the reasonable costs of collection attributable to those future medical expense payments".

AB36-AA20,1,5 2. Page 3, line 7: after "pay" insert ", after deducting the reasonable costs of collection attributable to the remaining liability,".

AB36-AA20,1,8 3. Page 3, line 13: delete ", and any attorney fees in connection with such claim shall be" and substitute: ", and any attorney fees in connection with such claim shall be".

AB36-AA20,1,10 4. Page 3, line 14: delete "similarly prorated" and substitute "similarly prorated".
